Concept
Beauty is deeply personal, yet there’s something about it that brings us together.
This is a story about precision, beauty, and the spark that connects us all.

Inspired by the intricate structure of the ZEISS genome, we imagined it as a living, breathing iris—a visual metaphor for how ZEISS brings science and art together. It’s not just about looking closer; it’s about seeing more.

This piece was designed to feel alive, elegant, and unapologetically bold, a testament to ZEISS’s ability to balance innovation with humanity.
Process
The project started with a challenge: how do you expand on a visual language that’s already world-class? For me, the answer was curiosity. So we took the layers of the genome and reimagined them as a mesmerizing iris, full of motion and light.

With early experiments and tight timelines, we collaborated closely with ZEISS to refine the vision, weaving CGI, live-action, and careful storytelling into a seamless whole.

It wasn’t just about meeting expectations; it was about pushing past them. Every test, every adjustment, every layer of feedback added depth and meaning to the final piece. The result? A vibrant, kinetic story that turned the familiar into something unforgettable.

Synopsis
This project was about more than creating something beautiful. It was about showing how science and art can move us, connect us, and inspire us to see the world differently.

By reimagining the genome as a living iris, we helped ZEISS tell a story about precision and humanity—one that feels as bold and timeless as the brand itself.

Beauty is deeply personal, yet there’s something about it that brings us together. We all respond to it, even if we can’t explain why. That’s the idea behind this temporal sculpture created with Zeiss.
